Over the last two decades, I've helped build businesses and teams on Wall Street as a corporate executive and helped raise over $300mm in venture-capital as an entrepreneur.

I had one of the most exciting jobs - Head of Digital Product - spearheading the digital transformation effort at Barclays. But I soon realize, the real transformation does not only come through technology but also starts with leaders mind.

Leaders are at a cross-road in today’s new world. As the world is (almost) taken over by digitalization and AI, more leaders need to be armed with the awareness and skills to deal with uncertainty, take calculated risks, and support their people to create a future that is impossible to predict.

So I started LIYT executive coaching with a mission to help leaders navigate this changing landscape, discover their unique strengths and leadership power, and empower their teams to achieve exceptional results.
