Over the past two decades, I’ve built businesses and teams on Wall Street as a corporate executive and helped raise over $300 million in venture capital as an entrepreneur.

One of the most exciting roles I held was as Head of Digital Product, leading the digital transformation efforts at Barclays. However, I soon realized that true transformation isn’t driven solely by technology—it begins with the mindset of leaders.

Today’s leaders stand at a crossroads. In a world increasingly shaped by digitalization and AI, they must cultivate the awareness and skills to navigate uncertainty, take calculated risks, and empower their teams to create a future that remains unpredictable.
